SODECO Construction inc. given the mandate to completely renovate this triplex built in 1920s. The objective was to modernize the building while paying homage to its architectural heritage. Indeed, this almost century-old building has been renovated several times over the years in a rather “handyman” fashion. Our mandate was therefore not only to renovate but also to bring it up to standards with today’s building codes, all within a tight schedule and limited budget thus allowing our client to fully benefit from this income property.
