Although this project is a commercial project (1500 ft2), it has allowed Sodeco Construction to showcase its expertise in high-end construction project management. Indeed, all the constituent elements of a high-end project figured in this project: the noble materials such as wood, marble and granite, the extent of the cabinetmaking work, the high level of interior design details, are all examples of the unique and luxurious character. Finally, one of the peculiarities of this project was the integration of a golf simulator which required a lot of coordination with the US based system provider.
